10. The Heirs
Starring Lee Min-Ho and Park Shin-Hye, this south Korean drama depicts relationships, friendships and rivalries. Lee Min-Ho plays Kim Tan; a rich heir to a large conglomeration. Park Shin-Hye plays Cha Eun-Sang who comes from a poor background and her family struggles to make ends meet.
When Eun-Sang’s sister contacts them to send her money to get married, Eun-Sang decides to fly to America where her sister lives and maybe start a better life. However, when she arrives, she found out that her sister wasn’t going to get married or even going to school. She was working as a waitress in a beach front. Eun-Sang gave her sister the money and leaves without a goodbye as her dreams of starting a new life crumbles. Kim Tan sees the events unfold in front of him, and decides to help Eun-Sang.

9. My Love from the Star
Do Min-Joon (Kim Soo-Hyun) plays an alien from was stranded on earth after saving a girl and missed his trip back to his planet. Realizing that he is stuck on earth for the next four centuries, he takes on a new identity every ten years as his human appearance doesn’t age.
Now, he works as a college professor awaiting his departure back to his planet. He found himself entangled with the crazy life of his next door neighbor, actress Cheon Song-Ji (Jun Ji-Hyun), and can’t resist but falling in love with her.

8. Boys Over Flowers
Driven with optimism and ambitions, Geum Jan Di (Ku Hye-Sun) attends a prestigious high school through a scholarship. She encounters the F4 gang, a group of four rich and good looking boys who are considered to be the kings of the Shinhwa High School.
Koo Jun-Pyo, who’s played by Min-ho Lee, is the heir to a world leading conglomerate. He takes a liking to Jan Di, and began falling in love with her.

7. Pinocchio
Gi Ha-myeong, played by Lee Jongsuk, was living a happy life with his older brother, his mother and his firefighter father. His father, Captain of the firefighters squad, attempts to save several of his men during a factory explosion but lost his life. His body was initially missing, and the media driven by greed for ratings, alleges that he was still alive and hiding because he was responsible for the death of his men.
Ha-Myeong ends up falling in the ocean and was rescued by an unknown man who was In-Ha’s grandfather. In-Ha has Pinocchio syndrome; whenever she tells a lie, she gets the hiccup.
Years later, they’re now living together in Seoul. One day, he comes face to face with the reporter that destroyed his family, who turns out to be In-Ha’s mother. He decides to become a reporter.
6. Emergency Couple
Emergency couple is a 2014 Korean drama starring Song Ji-Hyo and Choi Jin-Hyuk. Jin-Hee (Song Ji-Hyo) is a dietitian who meets a medical student Chang Min (Choi Jin-Hyuk). They fall in love an decide to get married inspite of Chang Min’s family looking down on Jin-Hee as she was not a doctor.
They ended up getting a divorce as their marriage life was not happy. After the divorce, Jin-Hee became a medical student and now works as an intern. They both meet in the ER in the hospital where they will work together.
5. Oh My Ghostess
In the 2015 Korean drama, Na Bong-Sun (Park Bo-Young) works in a restaurant as an assistant chef. She didn’t have any friends because of her shy and timid personality. She has been able to ghosts because of her grandma since she was a kid. And she gets possessed by a seductress ghost.
Kang Sun-Woo (Cho Jung-Seok) is a chef that works at the same restaurant and Na Bong-Sun has a crush on him. And finally, he begins to notice her because of her fiery and sexy new personality.

Han Tae-Hee (Joo Sang-Wook) is a wealthy man and the heir of a large company. In order to get over his broken heart syndrome, he completely transforms an overweight unattractive Sa Geum-Ran to a gorgeous bombshell.
